Course Management software introduces new software: |
 - The
GolfPS
software includes three very useful programs: GolfPS Mapper,
GolfPS Player and GolfPS Desktop Viewer. GolfPS Mapper,
when used along with a GPS receiver, allows you
to create a map of your own golf course. GolfPS Player,
when used with the map you created or downloaded and the
NAVMAN GPS Receiver, will give you real-time distances and
track your shot performance. Shot record can be kept for
two players and scorecard for four players. GolfPS Viewer
is a desktop version of the software that displays the same
map you used in GolfPS Player. The Viewer allows you to
exchange course maps from your desktop computer to your
pocket PC. It will also allow you to conveniently enter
course information, archive your shot data from past rounds,
and review shot performance for multiple rounds over the
top of your course map. -

GolfPS software is compatible with all Pocket PCs utilizing
an Intel StrongArm, Pocket PC 2002, PocketPC 2003, or XScale processor. This includes the
following Pocket PCs: HP/Compaq iPAQ 1900, 2200, 3600, 3700, 3800, 3900, 5000 series - HP Jornada 560 series - Casio Cassiopeia E-200
- Toshiba e570 and e740 - Audiovox Maestro PDA1032C - Fujitsu
